All roads lead to Zähringerstrasse. Two guests from Italy, special Italian drinks and Marco Colelli’s birthday, all on one Wednesday night at ORA Bar. Beschreibung All roads lead to Zähringerstrasse. On Wednesday, 11 November 2026, ORA Bar welcomes two guests from Italy for one night behind the bar. Francesco De Rosa is bar manager at Manifattura in Florence, a cocktail bar that works exclusively with Italian products. Fabio Fanni, formerly bar manager at Locale Firenze, joins from Pizza e Bar in Cagliari. Expect special Italian drinks from both, with the usual ORA Plates alongside. It’s also Marco Colelli’s birthday, so don’t expect a quiet Wednesday. We recommend coming early.
