Chloé Merz and Oli Singh from Hamburg take over the bar at ORA for one special Monday, 30 November 2026. Chloé is the award-winning bartender and owner behind Collab in St. Pauli. Born in Switzerland, she has built her bar around “Equal Drinking”: complex cocktails with a lot, a little or no alcohol at all. Oli opened The Local in Altona in 2021, bringing serious cocktail craft and the ease of a real neighbourhood bar together. He came to bartending as an industrial engineer, after travels through Asia and Australia. Expect special drinks and small plates all night. Bar opens 5pm. Guest shift from 6pm. We recommend coming early. See you at ORA Bar, Zähringerstrasse 38, 8001 Zurich Zum vollständigen Artikel
